Katie came to me and had gained some weight since playing sports in college. She felt out of shape and wanted to just feel better. She frequented the gym and was a beast on a treadmill. Her work ethic was of something I had never seen and I knew all she needed was a point in the right direction and the rest would be history. We started off with weight training and plyometrics to get her familiar with strength training and strengthen those stabilizer muscles. Her body adapted quit quickly and we moved into full blown resistance training with in the first month. She was a stickler for her diet and stuck to the plan like a champ and her results showed just that!
