Sharon a native of Louisville Ky came to me seeking a Personal fitness specialist that could help her lose some weight for the summer. She was a work out enthusiast and frequented the gym doing exercises she would learn from watching other people workout and from research she had done on her own. This gave Sharon an edge because she already had a vast knowledge of exercise and fitness, but nutrition is what helped us get her past her sticking point. We revamped her nutrition, and added in more food than she had ever eaten in her life. We stuck with foods she was already acculturated too and built from there. Her personal fitness was priority and she never missed a session. She was a joy to train and still sticks to her regime to this day!
